The Millennium Embroidery

The origins of the ancient village of Sunbury-On-Thames can be traced to 962 CE when King Eadgar's Charter granted land to his kinsman Aelfheh. The village is situated 3 miles from Hampton Court, on the Middlesex bank of the River Thames.

The Embroidery is on permanent display in the Sunbury Embroidery Gallery which is open Tuesday to Sunday 10am to 4pm, free admission to all.
